Update- The salon staff followed up with me based on my concerns. They retouched my nails and fixed all the issues. The nail technician Deepak understood the issues and retouched my nails as requested. Kreeti was very professional and polite. She ensured I had no concerns and overlooked everything throughout the process. I really appreciate the understanding and cooperation the staff showed throughout. Thank you Nailashes team. ————————————————————————— The staff was very diligent about their work. My nails came out nicely. My overall experience was good at the salon. The things that I am disappointed at is how fast the applied colour is fading. It has not even been 2-3 hours but the edges are faded. Although they dried it under the UV light. The edges look a little off. Now that I am noticing more, there are bubble formations within the nails done. This is appearing now in some of the nails. The other thing I noticed after my nails were done was a tiny particle or something stuck in thumbs. Kreerti was kind enough to offer me redoing the nails when I showed her, but it was as it is a very long process and I was short of time. Probably something that the staff can look into while doing client’s nails. I would recommend the salon as the staff’s work is good overall minus the above mentioned things. I am happy overall.
